Pasta Feed included in registration fee. Saturday, September 5th, 2009 6:00 AM - Transition Area Open at Breakers Beach 7:00 AM - Rules Meeting - All participants must be present 7:30 AM - Olympic Triathlon-Swim 1 mile,Bike 25 miles,Run 6 miles-Team & Solo 8:00 AM - Duathlon-Run 3 miles,Bike 12 miles,Run 3 miles-Team & Solo 8:00 AM - Sprint Triathlon-Swim .5 mile,Bike 12 miles,Run 3 miles-Team & Solo 10:00 AM - Youth Triathlon-Swim 100 yds,Bike 4 miles,Run 1 mile Post race - Food and drink, awards and door prizes Entry Fees: $50 Solo, $100 Team, $35 ($70/ team) HS/College/Military, $20 Youth Add $25 after August 9th.
